1. Have a process to follow.
Depending on the organization that you are working for or with, the project management methodology in use for the project may be dictated to you. Whether it's your decision or not, find yourself a good project management guide and read it. This may be, for example, the Project Management Body of Knowledge Guide or the Prince2 manual. There is usually a diagram that illustrates the general process for your chosen methodology. I recommend that you print out a copy and stick it to your wall. It's always handy to refer to and remind you of the core parts of the process.

Whole or unprocessed foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy products, lean meats, fish, and poultry are the best choices for providing the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy and grow properly.

Around four to six months your baby will start to have more control of their own bodies. For example, they will have better head control and will start to sit up. At this time, you may also start to notice your baby gaining weight at a steady, healthy rate. You will also see your baby become more curious about foods that you and your family are eating. When you see these changes, you will know they are a sure sign to start your baby on solid foods. Introducing solid foods is an exciting time to learn and educate yourself and your baby about what foods are healthy and what they like or dislike.

Sometimes you know that you need to exercise more, but excuses just keep happening - you have to work back late this week, you haven't got the time. The nagging thought gets pushed firmly to the back of your mind and even when you receive an invitation to play something like golf or tennis, you start to make excuses again - which may relate more to your level of skill, your ability to meet the fees or genuine lack of time. When you think of all the various commitments which prevent you from taking regular exercise, you will realize that if exercise is to get some priority, then you will need to make a commitment to that. Sometimes all you feel like doing after completing endless chores is to relax by sitting down or sleeping, eating a large meal and or having a couple of drinks, which you know is not the best thing for you to do, but you feel too exhausted to do anything else. More so than ever before, people can find their working and social life just does not include any proper exercise, and an overload of stress, tension, tedium and pressure. It is made easy, and it is too easy to take refuge in chemical substances, caffeine, cigarettes, alcohol, electronic entertainments and even to take pills that will help you to get to sleep - a circular pattern of stress and de-stress that gradually takes its toll on your body.
