The recent passing of the health-care plan by the government has caused much debate among the citizens of the United States. There are some people who are viewing the plan as the answer to all the problems presently in the system and others who are adamantly against it because they feel the quality of the healthcare will be significantly reduced while bringing about a whole new set of issues to deal with.
Health insurance is like a risk pool and therefore is based on many different factors. Those who receive health care benefits from their employers or privately are already paying for their health care costs and shouldering the burden of their own care and this is the group of people who will not truly benefit from a government health care plan.

Everyone will agree that health care has gotten out of hand and can easily be referred to a crisis. Whether you can or cannot pay isn't even the issue anymore. It is important to recognize that there are still a lot of Americans that are uninsured. However, the high cost of health care is like a double edged sword. The other side being the greatest advances in health care in the world.
