These are 5 healthy foods for men. Regularly eating them will ensure you're on your way to living a long and healthy life.
Tomatoes. These contain a powerful nutrient called lycopene. This has been shown to be beneficial in preventing prostrate cancer in men. To get the complete benefits of this healthy nutrient the tomatoes need to be condensed, so opt for tomato sauce and tomato juice (without additives or sugar) rather than whole tomatoes.
Oysters. This seafood is a superior source of protein that is great for building lean muscle. Additionally, they provide omega 3's and zinc (which many men are known to be deficient of), and aid in the production of testosterone.

Recipes for detox diet plans are in great demand as the process of detoxification seems to have become very popular. Detox diet plans vary immensely. Detox diet plans such as the Master Cleanse entail replacing all solid foods with a lemon and maple syrup drink so in effect you are fasting. Other detox plans allow you to eat healthy foods and request that all drinks are replaced with fruit juices and water.

It is common sense to train your body to detox by starting with an easy detox plan and perhaps moving on to tougher plans as you become accustomed to the detox process.

Now you might say well that's what it should do, doesn't it? Well you are right it will help do that but that doesn't solve our health care crisis. The only thing that will finally solve that problem is education.
What I mean by that is you need to teach people what they must do to be healthy and stay healthy. My proposal is to establish health learning centers in various cities all over the country.
