There are lots of ways that you could lose weight but if you are in a hurry to shed some pounds, fitness weight loss is the way for you.
You would of course need to reduce the calories you consume. Don't reduce it to the extent that you cannot do any exercise because you have to follow a fitness weight loss plan if you hope to lose some weight.
